Helping All People Excel, Inc. (H.A.P.E.) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that seeks to increase the student persistence (percentage) rate of youth in urban and underprivileged areas from high school to college; then college to a successful career through access and exposure to various career fields.   It’s our goal to guide today’s youth to a successful future through the various programs and opportunities we offer.

One of our most anticipated efforts is our speakers’ bureau, which allows business professionals from various career paths the opportunity to share their story, educate, inform and motivate local youth.  As a member of our bureau, your picture and professional profile will be listed on our website www.helpingallpeopleexcel.com.  Potential speaking engagements will take place at area high schools, colleges, boys and girls clubs or community centers.  You decide how many times a year you speak and the location of your speaking engagement(s).

In addition to our speakers’ bureau, we believe it’s our responsibility to inform the youth of different scholarships, internships and community service opportunities available to them. If your company  offers scholarships, internships or community service opportunities, please email them to [email protected] to be featured on our website.

As a member of the H.A.P.E Speakers’ Bureau, you customize your commitment to suit you.  You can sign-up to participate in 1, 2, 3 or 4 annual speaking engagements.  Below, tell us what you prefer and we only consider you for speaking opportunities that are a match.

When a match is found, we will contact you at least 30 days in advance to present you with the opportunity.  All opportunities are on a volunteer basis, there is no compensation (unless there is an agreement with a third party) and you have the right to decline any opportunity presented to you.  However, to protect the integrity of the bureau we ask that you fulfill your commitment at some point throughout the year.
