It is our mission to increase the student persistence rate from high school to college and then from college to a successful career, for youth in urban and underprivileged areas, through exposure and opportunities in various career fields.

H.A.P.E. provides high school and college students with exposure and opportunities in a various career paths through the following:
- Opportunity Fair – Annual career fair that showcases opportunities being offered by various businesses and corporations. These opportunities are focused on high school and first year college students and include: scholarships, internships, mentoring, shadowing opportunities and more.
- Featuring various scholarship and internship opportunities on our website.
- Booking local business professionals to speak at local high schools, colleges and universities.
