Where we started.

Helping All People Excel was created to do just what the name suggests - Help All People Excel.

We go by the acronym HAPE (pronounced happy).  HAPE was formed in 2014 and received 501c3 status is 2017.

It’s our mission to increase the student persistence (percentage) rate of youth in urban and underprivileged areas from high school to college; then college to a successful career through access and exposure to various career fields.

HAPE exposes urban and underprivileged youth to numerous career choices and provides a pathway to success as means of motivating them to look beyond their current circumstances and see the limitless possibilities before them.
