Elmer and Rosa Lee Collins Scholarship
The Elmer and Rosa Lee Collins Scholarship was established in September 2006 by Elmer H. Collins to provide a college scholarship to a worthy graduating high school senior from a Forsyth County high school who will attend an accredited four-year college or university.
The scholarship may provide a renewable award for four consecutive years. Scholarships will be applied to the cost of tuition, fees, room and board, and other college expenses.
